This is a historical fiction and it’s funny. I felt what the narrator felt. He had regrets in the first chapter and I felt regrets too! I felt bad for him. I want the protagonist to succeed. Few books make me think: “Noooo!”” in the first chapter. This was one of them.

I have no idea what’s going on at times. There are some parts which are intentionally confusing. His intentions worked!

I didn’t learn anything about the story. I have no idea what will happen, but I’m guessing Lincoln gets shot by Lee Harvey Oswald. Just throwing that out there.
